We had a great Easter with the boys and family. It was a busy day with church and then a family dinner, complete with an Easter Egg Hunt (which had to be scaled down due to the rain that started right before the hunt).

Easter dinner dessert - an inside out Neapolitan cake with Swiss meringue buttercream (the frosting requires quite a few more steps and time than traditional buttercream, but it was well worth it).
